For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:
"Company"
Means Metro Click LLP including its directors, employees, technicians, service engineers, representatives, authorised service partners and affiliates.
"Customer"
Means any person, individual, company, institution or organisation who books, requests or receives services from Metro Click.
"Website"
Means
including all pages, content, mobile versions and future versions.
"Services"
Means all repair, installation, uninstallation, inspection, maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), spare part replacement and related services offered by Metro Click.
"Technician"
Means any company-employed engineer or authorised third-party service partner assigned by Metro Click.
"Booking"
Means any service request placed through Website, Phone Call, WhatsApp, Email or any officially recognised Metro Click communication channel.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Website or booking any service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or using the Website under the supervision of a legal guardian.
- The information provided by you is true, complete, and accurate.
- You agree to cooperate with Metro Click technicians during inspection and repair.
- You understand that Metro Click reserves the right to refuse service under the circumstances specified in these Terms.

4. Eligibility
To use Metro Click services:
- You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.
- You must own the appliance or have legal authority from the owner.

- You must provide safe access to the appliance.
- You must ensure availability during the scheduled visit.
Metro Click reserves the right to reject any booking where inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information is provided.

The availability of any particular service depends upon appliance type, model, spare availability, technician availability and service location.
7. Service Area
Metro Click currently operates exclusively within the Delhi NCR region.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject service requests based on operational feasibility, technician availability, weather conditions, local restrictions or any other business considerations.
Customers located outside Delhi NCR may not be eligible for service unless expressly approved by Metro Click.

Upon successful booking, customers may receive a confirmation via call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Metro Click reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify appointments due to:

Part 2 – Inspection, Technician Visit, Payments & Repair Approval
9. Inspection Policy
9.1 Metro Click provides professional inspection and diagnostic services for various home appliances to determine the nature, extent, and cause of reported issues.
9.2 Inspection charges are not fixed and vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Type of appliance
- Brand and model
- Complexity of diagnosis
- Service location
- Nature of fault
- Availability of required tools or equipment
9.3 The applicable inspection charge shall be communicated to the customer before or at the time of inspection, wherever reasonably possible.
9.4 Payment of inspection charges does not guarantee that the appliance can be repaired.
9.5 If the appliance is found to be:
- Beyond economical repair,
- Physically damaged beyond repair,
- Obsolete,
- Or spare parts are permanently unavailable,
Metro Click reserves the right to declare the appliance Non-Repairable (NR).
9.6 Inspection charges are payable even if:
- The customer chooses not to proceed with the repair,
- Repair is technically not feasible,
- Required spare parts are unavailable,
- The appliance is declared beyond repair.
9.7 Inspection includes only diagnosis and does not include repair, replacement of spare parts, installation, cleaning, gas charging, or any additional service unless specifically agreed.
10. Technician Visit Policy
10.1 Metro Click may assign either:
- A company-employed technician; or
- An authorised third-party service partner.
10.2 Assignment of technicians shall depend upon:
- Service location,
- Technician availability,
- Appliance type,
- Workload,
- Operational requirements.
10.3 Customers cannot demand a specific technician unless expressly approved by Metro Click.
10.4 Technician arrival time is an estimated schedule and may vary due to:
- Traffic,
- Weather conditions,
- Previous service delays,
- Emergencies,
- Operational constraints.
10.5 Metro Click shall make reasonable efforts to inform customers in case of significant delays.
10.6 The technician shall carry a valid Metro Click identity card or other company-authorized identification whenever applicable.
10.7 Customers may request identity verification before allowing the technician to enter the premises.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Ensure availability during the scheduled visit.
- Provide safe and uninterrupted access to the appliance.
- Ensure availability of electricity, water, and other utilities necessary for inspection and repair.
- Remove valuables from the work area.
- Secure pets or animals before technician arrival.
- Cooperate during diagnosis and repair.
The customer shall also disclose:
- Previous repairs,
- Existing faults,
- Water leakage,
- Burning smell,
- Physical damage,
- Electrical issues,
- Any modification made to the appliance.
Failure to disclose material information may result in:
- Additional repair charges,
- Delay in service,
- Warranty exclusion,
- Cancellation of service.
12. Unsafe Working Conditions
Metro Click prioritizes technician safety.
The assigned technician may refuse to perform or discontinue services if:
- The customer behaves abusively.
- The customer uses threatening language.
- Physical assault occurs.
- Illegal activity is observed.
- Alcohol or drug abuse creates an unsafe environment.
- Dangerous animals are not secured.
- Electrical hazards exist.
- Structural conditions pose risks.
- Any circumstance endangers technician safety.
In such cases:
- Service may be cancelled immediately.
- Warranty obligations may be suspended.
- Future bookings may be refused.
- Appropriate legal action may be taken where necessary.
13. Repair Approval
13.1 After inspection, Metro Click shall provide the customer with details of:
- Identified fault(s),
- Recommended repair,
- Estimated cost,
- Spare parts (if required),
- Approximate completion time.
13.2 Repair work shall commence only after customer approval.
Approval may be obtained through:
- Phone call,
- WhatsApp,
- SMS,
- Email,
- Written confirmation,
- Verbal confirmation (where recorded).
13.3 Once approval is provided, the customer authorizes Metro Click to proceed with the agreed repair.
13.4 If additional faults are discovered during repair, Metro Click shall inform the customer. Any additional repair work requiring extra charges shall only be undertaken after obtaining further approval.
14. Spare Parts Policy
14.1 Spare parts shall be supplied based on:
- Availability,
- Compatibility,
- Manufacturer specifications,
- Market availability.
14.2 Metro Click may use:
- Genuine parts,
- OEM-compatible parts,
- Equivalent replacement parts,
depending upon availability and customer approval.
14.3 Certain discontinued or obsolete models may not have spare parts available.
14.4 Metro Click shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturer shortages,
- Import restrictions,
- Supply chain disruptions,
- Discontinuation of spare parts.
14.5 Prices of spare parts may change without prior notice due to market conditions.
15. Service Completion
Upon completion of service:
- The technician may demonstrate the functioning of the appliance.
- The customer is expected to inspect the appliance before the technician leaves.
- Any visible concerns should be reported immediately.
- A digital or physical service record may be generated.
Failure to raise any immediate concerns does not affect valid warranty claims for covered repairs, but it may make it more difficult to verify issues unrelated to the completed work.
16. Payment Policy
Metro Click currently accepts:
- Cash
- UPI
Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future without prior notice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
- GST shall be charged wherever applicable.
- A GST invoice shall be issued upon request or where required.
Failure to make payment may result in:
- Suspension of warranty,
- Refusal of future services,
- Recovery proceedings permitted by law.
Metro Click reserves the right to retain replaced spare parts unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Part 3 – Warranty, Refund, Cancellation & AMC Policy
17. Warranty Policy
17.1 Metro Click provides a limited warranty on selected repair services and spare parts.
17.2 Warranty duration is not fixed and depends upon:
- Type of appliance
- Nature of repair
- Spare part installed
- Manufacturer guidelines
- Service category
17.3 The applicable warranty period shall be communicated to the customer at the time of service or mentioned on the invoice, service report, or warranty confirmation.
17.4 Warranty is applicable only to the specific repair work or spare part replaced by Metro Click.
17.5 Warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original customer and the original service location unless otherwise approved by Metro Click.
18. What is Covered Under Warranty
Subject to these Terms, the warranty covers only:
- Defects in workmanship relating to the repair performed by Metro Click.
- Failure of the specific spare part supplied and installed by Metro Click, if covered under the applicable warranty period.
- Reoccurrence of the same fault directly related to the repair carried out by Metro Click.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Metro Click may, at its sole discretion:
- Re-inspect the appliance.
- Repair the covered issue without additional labour charges.
- Replace the defective covered spare part, subject to warranty terms.
- Provide another appropriate remedy as determined by Metro Click.
19. What is NOT Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Any new or unrelated fault occurring after the completed repair.
- Damage caused by improper use or negligence.
- Physical damage, accidental breakage, or mishandling.
- Damage caused by water leakage, flooding, moisture, or corrosion.
- Fire, lightning, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- Electrical fluctuations, voltage instability, power surges, or short circuits.
- Pest or rodent damage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic defects not related to the repair.
- Software issues, firmware corruption, or operating system failures unless specifically repaired by Metro Click.
- Consumables such as filters, batteries, bulbs, remote cells, or similar items unless specifically included.
20. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty shall become immediately void if:
- The appliance is opened, repaired, modified, or serviced by any person other than Metro Click after the covered repair.
- Unauthorized spare parts are installed.
- The appliance is tampered with.
- The serial number or identification label is removed or altered.
- The appliance is misused, abused, or operated contrary to manufacturer recommendations.
- Damage occurs due to transportation after service.
- The appliance suffers water damage, physical damage, electrical surge damage, or improper installation by another party.
Metro Click reserves the right to inspect the appliance before determining whether the warranty remains valid.
21. New Faults After Repair
Customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Metro Click is responsible only for the repair work actually performed.
- If a completely different fault develops after service, it shall not be considered a warranty claim.
- Every appliance consists of multiple independent components, and failure of one component does not imply responsibility for future failures of unrelated components.
Example:
If Metro Click replaces a washing machine drain pump and, after one month, the control PCB fails, the PCB issue shall not be covered under the previous repair warranty unless it is directly related to the repair performed.
22. Warranty Claim Process
To claim warranty, the customer should contact Metro Click through:
- Website
- Customer Care
- Official Phone Number
Customers may be required to provide:
- Registered Mobile Number; or
- Original Invoice; or
- Complaint ID; or
- Service Report
If booking details cannot be verified using the registered mobile number, Metro Click may require additional proof of service before processing the warranty claim.
Metro Click reserves the right to inspect the appliance before approving any warranty claim.
23. Refund Policy
Metro Click believes in providing quality services. However, refunds shall be governed by the following terms.
Refunds are not available for:
- Successfully completed repair services.
- Completed installations.
- Labour charges after successful completion.
- Inspection charges already utilised.
- Customer refusal after work completion.
- Customer dissatisfaction where the agreed work has been completed correctly.
Refunds may be considered only where:
- Metro Click confirms that the requested service could not be delivered due to reasons attributable solely to Metro Click.
- A payment has been collected for a service that was not provided.
- Duplicate payment has been received.
- Any other case specifically approved by Metro Click management.
Approved refunds shall normally be processed through the original mode of payment or any other suitable method within a reasonable processing period.
24. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a booking at any time.
Metro Click does not charge any cancellation fee, including after the technician has been dispatched, as per the current company policy.
However:
- Repeated cancellations,
- Fraudulent bookings,
- Fake service requests,
- Misuse of the booking system,
may result in:
- Temporary suspension,
- Permanent blocking of the customer account,
- Refusal of future service bookings,
- Additional verification before accepting future requests.
Metro Click reserves the right to cancel any booking due to operational, safety, legal, or technical reasons.

Part 4 – Liability, Intellectual Property, Privacy, Governing Law & Final Provisions
26. Limitation of Liability
26.1 Metro Click shall exercise reasonable care, skill, and diligence while providing services. However, the Company does not guarantee that every appliance can be successfully repaired.
26.2 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Metro Click shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Loss of income, business, profits, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated savings.
- Delay caused by traffic, weather conditions, supplier delays, strikes, government restrictions, or any event beyond the Company's reasonable control.
- Damage resulting from pre-existing defects not disclosed by the customer.
- Failure of unrelated components after completion of the repair.
- Loss arising from the customer's failure to follow technician instructions.
- Damage caused by unstable electricity supply, voltage fluctuation, improper earthing, or defective wiring.
- Damage caused by water leakage, flooding, fire, rodents, insects, corrosion, rust, or environmental conditions.
26.3 Metro Click's maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
27. Data Loss Disclaimer
Certain repairs involving Smart TVs, LED TVs, Wi-Fi-enabled appliances, or electronic control systems may require resetting, updating, or replacing software.
The customer understands and agrees that:
- Existing settings may be reset.
- Installed applications may need to be reconfigured.
- Saved passwords may be removed.
- User accounts may require fresh login.
- Personal preferences may be reset.
Metro Click shall not be responsible for:
- Loss of personal files.
- Photos.
- Videos.
- Installed applications.
- Account information.
- Passwords.
- Streaming subscriptions.
- Software configuration.
- Any other digital data stored on the appliance.
Customers are advised to create a backup wherever possible before the commencement of repair.
28. Photographs & Videos During Service
For quality assurance, documentation, technical diagnosis, training, warranty verification, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, Metro Click technicians may capture photographs and/or videos of:
- The appliance.
- The defective component.
- Serial number.
- Installation area.
- Completed repair.
Such photographs or videos shall be used only for legitimate business purposes and shall be handled in accordance with Metro Click's Privacy Policy.
Metro Click shall make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing unnecessary personal information.
29. Customer Conduct
Customers agree to behave respectfully with Metro Click representatives.
The customer shall not:
- Abuse or threaten technicians.
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
- Demand services outside the agreed scope without approval.
- Force technicians to perform unsafe work.
- Request illegal modifications.
- Attempt to influence invoices or warranty records fraudulently.
- Interfere with repair procedures.
Metro Click reserves the right to suspend or permanently refuse services in cases of misconduct.
30. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on www.metroclick.in, including but not limited to:
- Metro Click name
- Logo
- Website design
- Graphics
- Icons
- Text
- Photographs
- Videos
- Service descriptions
- Software
- Source code (where applicable)
- Databases
- Layout
- Branding materials
are the exclusive intellectual property of Metro Click LLP or its licensors.
No person may copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without obtaining prior written permission from Metro Click.
Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
31. Privacy
Customer information collected during booking or service shall be governed by the Metro Click Privacy Policy.
By using the Website or services, customers consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of information necessary for:

- Misuse of the appliance.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Third-party claims arising from customer actions.
- Unauthorized modification of repaired appliances.
33. Force Majeure
Metro Click shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performing obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Flood.
- Earthquake.
- Fire.
- Pandemic.
- Epidemic.
- War.
- Terrorism.
- Civil unrest.
- Government restrictions.
- Curfew.
- Internet outage.
- Power failure.
- Transportation disruption.
- Labour strike.
- Supplier shortages.
Service timelines shall automatically stand extended for the duration of such events.
34. Suspension & Termination
Metro Click reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or terminate services where:
- Fraudulent booking is detected.
- False information is provided.
- Payment is intentionally withheld.
- Technician safety is compromised.
- Repeated fake bookings are made.
- Illegal activity is observed.
- Customer repeatedly violates these Terms.
Termination shall not affect any accrued legal rights of Metro Click.
35. Amendments
Metro Click reserves the right to modify, revise, replace, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website.
Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
37. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, AMC Terms, and any written service confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between Metro Click and the customer concerning the services provided.
38. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Metro Click shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
